The mission
Driving schools across the Balkans teach thousands of students on driving every month and help them get their licenses. A lot of problems in this process cause driving schools to bleed money while dealing with them.
Our mission is to:
- Improve the efficiency of driving schools
- Improve the quality of the education of the school
The outcome
We’ve built a SaaS platform for driving school management, both management and instructors use it on a daily basis.
The challenges
- Making sure that the platform is flexible enough to accommodate the varying ways in which driving schools operate
- Figuring out how to extract and structure the data required to alert management to rising problems in the efficiency of the driving school
- Figuring out how the platform has to be adjusted for different markets that have different driving laws
The impact
The MVP is still in a closed beta stage and is being tested by multiple driving schools. The impact it’s having is as desired, but we have yet to see how the platform will perform with many driving schools after launch.
